Since our formation, in the Summer of 2008, we have been meeting with friends who have advised us on how to: organize our non-profit, keep our books, use new media, throw a good party, and many many other tricks. We have decided to recognize and celebrate these generous friends as Advisors, and we will continue to form Advisory Boards as we evolve, getting support for our work. We welcome your contribution. Founding Sponsors: Local entrepreneurs who have donated their goods and services to support our 2008 fundraising events: Michele Simmerer at Color Box Salon; Phil Cusick; Eileen Hassi at Ritual Coffee Roasters; Joti Singh; Nigel Walker, at Eatwell Farm.
Non-Profit Ambassadors: Friends from the non-profit field who have brainstormed with us around our vision and goals, and suggested strategies for creating our projects and building community: Viveka Chen, Kica Gazmuri, Nancy Shaw.
New Media Advisory Board: Tech-savvy friends who have helped us connect with internet technology as we created our website, blog and email accounts. They have also given suggestions about exploring online communitites: Justin Fraser, Sarah Brown, Suvarnaprabha Cullen, and Candradasa.

Jai Bhim International provides Indian Buddhist youth with the spiritual, educational, and emotional tools to create personal and social change, for a culture freed of caste prejudice and discrimination.
We collaborate with organizations and individuals in India to implement projects that include youth conferences, English and computer literacy classes, leadership training, and cross-cultural mentoring.
